In September, a study trip to the production and social facilities of Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk and Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk located in Kamchatka was organized for students from the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas.

The students learned about how comprehensive gas treatment units operate at the Nizhne-Kvakchikskoye field and visited the facilities of the Kamchatskoye line pipe operation center, including Gas Distribution Station No. 1.

Managers and specialists of Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk and Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk gave presentations to the future gas industry workers on the development prospects of the companies and the oil and gas complex in the Kamchatka Peninsula in general, as well as on staffing requirements and the existing support program for young specialists.

The trip ended with a sightseeing tour of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, culminating at the Pacific Ocean coast.
