Saratov

In November students from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (Gubkin University) and Saratov Technical State University were on a fact-finding trip at the production and social infrastructure facilities of Gazprom transgaz Saratov.

In Saratov future gasmen met with the company's top management, visited the Gazprom transgaz Saratov Central Dispatch Station, learned about the company's activity and looked around the Training Center. Excursions were arranged for students to the Regional Center for motor transport conversion to compressed natural gas, the Emergency Response and Recovery Directorate, gas distribution and compressor stations.

Students visited Gazprom transgaz Saratov memorial complex dedicated to the constructors of the first trunkline linking Saratov and Moscow and the Middle Asia – Center gas trunkline system as well as visited the fame hall at the Sokolovaya Mountain of Saratov.
