Yamburg

In December the students of Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas visited the production facilities of Gazprom dobycha Yamburg – the largest gas producing subsidiary of Gazprom. Taking part in this fact-finding trip were students getting the gas industry-oriented specialties – outstanding students and active social life participants.

Upon their arrival in Yamburg, the students visited one of the wells under construction in the Yamburg gas and condensate field, saw a drilling rig, a well cluster and a comprehensive gas treatment unit (CGTU-1C).

In addition to production facilities, the students visited a culture and sports complex of Gazprom dobycha Yamburg, inspected social facilities of Yamburg and met with the top managers of Gazprom dobycha Yamburg.
