Route of Silk Way International Rally 2021
Due to epidemiological restrictions, the rally changed its geography and passed through Russia only. The Silk Way International Rally 2021 had its ceremonial start in Omsk. The racers covered over 3,500 kilometers to reach the finish line in Gorno-Altaisk.

Winners in the off-road vehicle category:
- 1st place: Guerlain Chicherit, Alexandre Winocq (France);
- 2nd place: Denis Krotov, Konstantin Zhiltsov (Russia);
- 3rd place: Jérome Pelichet, Pascal Larroque (France)

- 1st place: Dmitry Sotnikov, Ruslan Akhmadeev, Ilgiz Akhmetzianov (Russia, KAMAZ-Master);
- 2nd place: Siarhei Viazovich, Pavel Haranin, Anton Zaparoshchanka (Belarus, MAZ-SPORTauto);
- 3rd place: Anton Shibalov, Dmitry Nikitin, Ivan Tatarinov (Russia, KAMAZ-Master).

- 2nd place: Skyler Howes (Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing);
