Gas bill settlement rate in domestic market keeping its growth up

In 2024, this figure with regard to all groups of Gazprom's gas consumers, i.e. Russian residents, industrial and public utility enterprises totaled 98.2 per cent. The development of the convenient Personal Account digital service is among the factors positively affecting the payment collection rate.
Every third Gazprom's client is already using the Personal Account service.
The Company's clients can use it to make a payment for gas, set up an automatic payment, submit gas meter readings, and do many other things. In 2024, the number of users of this online service reached 10.6 million people, and the collection rate of payments via the service grew by 29 per cent.
The outstanding consumer debt is decreasing for the fourth year in a row.
Throughout 2024, the total overdue debt for the supplied gas was reduced by RUB 13.2 billion to RUB 139.8 billion. The largest debt reduction is observed in the Arkhangelsk, Yaroslavl, Bryansk, and Moscow Regions, as well as in the Krasnodar Territory.
Gazprom applies a targeted approach to debtors in order to reduce the debt for the gas supplied. In particular, the Company jointly with regional authorities develops repayment schedules for overdue debts of heat suppliers. Gazprom also regularly updates client bases and takes initiatives to improve the existing legislation that regulates the procedure of paying for gas.
Today, the Gazprom Board of Directors reviewed the information about improving the payment discipline, as well as the measures being taken to recover the debt for the gas supplied.
