The Gazprom Board of Directors held a meeting in absentia.
The Board of Directors has elected Elena Ilyukhina and Sergey Kupriyanov as Members of the Gazprom Management Committee for a five-year term starting from March 12, 2024.
Background
Elena Ilyukhina has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee – Head of Department 105 at Gazprom.
Sergey Kupriyanov has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee – Head of Department 106 at Gazprom.
