Based on the voting results, the annual General Shareholders Meeting of Gazprom formed the Company's Board of Directors composed as follows:

The Gazprom Board of Directors was formed for the period until the third annual General Shareholders Meeting of the Company from the date of the election of the current Board of Directors Members. This option is provided for by the federal legislation.
The Meeting also elected a new 5-member Audit Commission consisting of:
- Kostenko, Gleb Alexandrovich;
- Medvedeva, Elena Anatolyevna;
- Shvedov, Dmitry Arkadievich;
- Sorokin, Mikhail Vladimirovich;
- Yakovlev, Alexey Vyacheslavovich.
