Viktor Zubkov reelected as Chairman and Alexey Miller as Deputy Chairman of Gazprom Board of Directors

The meeting of the newly elected Board of Directors of Gazprom took place today at the Company's headquarters in the Lakhta Center.

The meeting resolved to elect Viktor Zubkov as Chairman of the Gazprom Board of Directors. Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, was named as Deputy Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors.

The Committees of the Gazprom Board of Directors were formed.

Viktor Martynov, independent director, was elected as Chairman of the Audit Committee, while Igor Maksimtsev, independent director, and Mikhail Sereda were elected as the Audit Committee Members.

Mikhail Sereda was appointed as Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, while Viktor Martynov and Igor Maksimtsev were elected as the Nomination and Remuneration Committee Members.

Viktor Zubkov was elected as Chairman of the Sustainable Development Committee; Alexey Miller and Andrey Akimov were elected as the Sustainable Development Committee Members.

Denis Manturov was elected as Chairman of the Import Substitution and Technological Development Committee; Nikolai Shulginov and Vitaly Markelov were elected as the Import Substitution and Technological Development Committee Members.

Viktor Martynov was appointed as Lead Independent Director of the Gazprom Board of Directors.
