RELEASE
Release
A number of documents for developing the effective cooperation on the implementation of infrastructure projects in Russia were signed today at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2023.
Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, and Vadim Yakovenko, Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo), signed a Coordination Agreement.
The parties intend to convert to electronic form the document workflow related to the lease of federally owned land plots for the existing and future facilities of Gazprom.
Rosimushchestvo will provide Gazprom with access to its electronic service, Applicant's/Leaseholder's Personal Account. To this end, inter alia, it is planned to integrate the information systems of Gazprom and Rosimushchestvo.
The new form of interaction will significantly accelerate the exchange of information about the execution of the existing contracts and simplify the conclusion of new ones.
A number of documents were signed in the presence of Alexey Miller.
Gazprom and Russian Railways signed an Agreement of Cooperation.
The document is aimed at improving the efficiency of interaction in the cases where reconstruction or relocation of Gazprom's gas pipeline sections is required to expand the railway infrastructure.
Gazprom and GT Morstroy signed an Agreement of Cooperation.
The advanced competencies of GT Morstroy in designing offshore complexes and hydraulic facilities have been successfully used earlier in Gazprom's strategic projects, in particular, during the construction of a liquefied natural gas receiving terminal in the Kaliningrad Region and the Complex for LNG production, storage and shipment based near the Portovaya CS.
The parties intend to develop their cooperation to solve the potential tasks of Gazprom in Russian seas.
