Vladimir Kobychev put in charge of Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk

Vladimir Kobychev has been elected Director General of Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk.

Vladimir Kobychev was born in 1979. He graduated from Tyumen State Oil and Gas University, majoring in Oil and Gas Field Development and Operation, and received an MBA degree from the International Management Institute of St. Petersburg.

He has been part of Gazprom's team for 22 years.

Between 2001 and 2010, he rose through the ranks from Oil and Gas Production Operator to Deputy Head of the Operation and Technical Division at the Oil and Gas Production Directorate of Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg.

2010–2015: Deputy Head of the Production Division for Extraction and Treatment of Gas, Gas Condensate and Oil at Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg.

2015–2018: Head of the Technical Division at the administration of Gazprom Dobycha Urengoy.

2018–2023: Deputy Director General for Production and Treatment of Gas Condensate and Oil at Gazprom Dobycha Urengoy; Deputy Director General for Production at Gazprom Dobycha Urengoy.

Anton Dzhalyabov, former Director General of Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk, has been appointed Deputy Director General – Chief Engineer of Gazprom Neft.

Background

Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gazprom. The company's key activities are production and treatment of gas and gas condensate. Its facilities are located in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area, Kamchatka, and Yakutia.
