Viktor Zubkov reelected as Chairman and Alexey Miller as Deputy Chairman of Gazprom Board of Directors

A meeting of the Company’s newly elected Board of Directors was held.

The meeting resolved to elect Viktor Zubkov as Chairman of the Gazprom Board of Directors. Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, was named as Deputy Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors.

The Committees of the Gazprom Board of Directors were formed.

Specifically, Viktor Martynov, independent director, was elected as Chairman of the Audit Committee, while Vladimir Mau, independent director, and Mikhail Sereda, Member of the Gazprom Board of Directors, were elected as the Audit Committee Members.

Mikhail Sereda was appointed as Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, while Viktor Martynov and Vladimir Mau were elected as the Nomination and Remuneration Committee Members.

Viktor Zubkov was elected as Chairman of the Sustainable Development Committee, while Alexey Miller and Andrey Akimov, Member of the Gazprom Board of Directors, were elected as the Sustainable Development Committee Members.

The following Members of the Gazprom Board of Directors were elected into the Import Substitution and Technological Development Committee: Denis Manturov (as Committee Chairman), Nikolai Shulginov and Vitaly Markelov.
