The architectural concept for the third high-rise of the Lakhta Center complex was unveiled.

The Board of Directors approved the investment program and budget (financial plan) of Gazprom for 2022.

The Management Committee approved the 2022–2026 Comprehensive Target Program for the reconstruction and re-equipment of automated process control systems at the facilities of Gazprom.

The Management Committee approved the 2022–2026 Comprehensive Program for the reconstruction and re-equipment of gas and liquid hydrocarbon processing facilities of Gazprom.

The Management Committee endorsed the Strategy of digital transformation of the Gazprom Group for 2022–2026.

Construction was completed on the section of the Sakhalin – Khabarovsk – Vladivostok gas pipeline between Komsomolsk-on-Amur and Khabarovsk.

Gazprom transferred the license for the Vaneyvisskoye and Layavozhskoye fields to Layavozhneftegaz, its joint venture with LUKOIL.

The modernized turbo generator No. 7 was launched at the Avtovskaya CHPP of TGC-1 in St. Petersburg.

The following documents were signed:

the Protocol between Gazprom and the Government of the Republic of Belarus outlining the pricing procedure for natural gas supplies to Belarus in 2022;
the Accord for cooperation between Gazprom and St. Petersburg in the new triennial period of 2022–2024;
the Memorandum of Intent between Gazprom and the Amur Region for an off-grid gas supply project to be implemented in the Amur Region.

The award ceremony for the 2021 edition of Gazprom's Science and Technology Prize was held. The top prize went to the paper entitled “Scientific substantiation, development and implementation of the innovative membrane unit for helium extraction from natural gases of Eastern Siberia and Russia's Far East.” The work was presented by Gazprom Proyektirovaniye (its co-authors include Gazprom, Gazprom Dobycha Irkutsk, and Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk).

The award ceremony for the winners of the 12th contest for the PR and Media Relations services of Gazprom's subsidiaries took place. The grand prize of Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, went to the linguistic project entitled “Speaking the Same Language. Gas Industry Dictionary of Professional Jargon” by Gazprom Dobycha Krasnodar.

Vitaly Markelov, Vladimir Markov, and Elena Mikhailova were reelected as Members of the Gazprom Management Committee for a 5-year period.

Andrey Kasyanenko was elected Director General of Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg.
