As outlined in the document, the parties intend to join forces to foster the domestic manufacturing of high-tech import-substituting products for the gas sector.

Gazprom and CCI will, inter alia, help Russian manufacturers obtain proof-of-origin documentation for their products in line with the existing legislation. To that end, the Company will inform CCI about the manufacturers of industrial products used for Gazprom’s needs, while CCI will conduct expert reviews, issue proof-of-origin documentation for manufacturers, and inform Gazprom accordingly. This will provide the Company with current data for measuring local content in the products it uses.

The parties also plan to cooperate in drafting proposals to improve the legislation aimed at advancing the domestic industry and enhancing its competitiveness.
