The Gazprom Management Committee approved the Comprehensive Target Program for the Development of the Integrated Information Environment of the Gazprom Group.

The largest compressed natural gas filling station in Russia and Europe was put into service in Moscow.

The following documents were signed:

the five-year EUR 1 billion Facility Agreement between Gazprom, Japan's Mizuho Bank, Ltd. (Mizuho) and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), and U.S.-based JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (J.P. Morgan);
the five-year EUR 700 million loan agreement between Gazprom and the Unicredit S.p.A. bank;
the Memorandum of Understanding between Gazprom and the Iranian Government for strategic cooperation, in accordance with which the parties will look into the prospects of joining efforts in developing Iranian gas fields with subsequent gas transportation and monetization;
the Memorandum of Understanding between Gazprom and National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) for collaboration on the construction project for the Iran – Pakistan – India gas pipeline;
the Memorandum of Understanding between Gazprom and Industrial Development & Renovation Organization of Iran for exploring the possibilities of joint gas liquefaction projects slated to be implemented in third countries, as well as projects in the field of advanced gas processing and petrochemistry in the territory of Iran;
the Memorandum of Understanding between Gazprom and NIOC for developing a concept for a unified system of gas production, transmission and petrochemistry based in Iran;
the contract between Gazprom Export and the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) to resume natural gas supplies to Azerbaijan;
the Roadmap between Gazprom and the Government of the Kaluga Region for the wider use of high-tech products, including import-substituting ones, in the interests of the Company.
