Construction of TurkStream gas pipeline’s offshore section was commenced.

A checkpoint for construction personnel at Power of Siberia’s cross-border section was opened on the Russian-Chinese border.

Andrey Kruglov was reelected as a Member of the Gazprom Management Committee for a 5-year period.

The following documents were signed:

three contracts between Gazprom and the Chinese oil and gas company CNPC to conduct pre-development surveys for the purposes of creating underground gas storage facilities in China;
the Memorandum of Understanding between Gazprom and China Huaneng Group to pursue joint efforts in the power sector within China;
the Memorandum of Cooperation among Gazprom, CNPC, Russian Highways, and China Communications Construction Company Ltd. aimed at promoting the use of liquefied natural gas as a vehicle fuel and developing road infrastructure;
the Memorandum between Gazprom and RusGazDobycha outlining the intentions of the parties to implement projects aimed at advancing petrochemical production on the basis of the Achimov and Valanginian deposits within the Nadym-Pur-Taz region, as well as extracting and processing gas and condensate from the fields within the Tambey cluster.

Alexey Miller moderated the 36th Presiding Committee Meeting and the 20th Annual General Meeting of the International Business Congress, as well as made a speech at the Natural Gas as Destination Fuel for the Future Conference.

A Gazprom delegation led by Alexey Miller participated in the Belt and Road International Forum held in China.

The 7^th corporate Fakel Festival concluded in Sochi.
