The Gazprom Management Committee approved the 2018–2022 Comprehensive Targeted Program for the reconstruction and re-equipment of energy facilities operated by Gazprom Energo.

The following documents were signed:

the financing agreements for the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline project between Nord Stream 2 AG, ENGIE, OMV, Shell, Uniper, and Wintershall;
the Protocol between Gazprom and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the pricing procedure for natural gas supplied to Belarus between 2018 and 2019;
the contract between Gazprom and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 4 billion cubic meters of Uzbek gas to be purchased by the Company annually in the period of up to 5 years starting from 2018;
the Agreement between Gazprom and Uzbekneftegaz on joint geological exploration and engineering & innovation work;
the Agreement of Cooperation between Gazprom and Uzbekneftegaz in the area of staff training and retraining;
the Memorandum of Understanding between Gazprom and ENGIE aimed at promoting cooperation between the companies;
the Program of Gas Supply to and Gasification of the Yaroslavl Region up to 2021 between Gazprom and the Yaroslavl Region.

Following an open competitive procedure, the decision was made to engage China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation in the construction of the Amur gas processing plant on the basis of an EPC contract.
