The Gazprom Board of Directors approved the Company’s investment program and budget for 2018.

An acrylic acid and butyl acrylate production plant owned by Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat, the largest such plant in Russia, was put into commercial operation.

Gazprom’s Quality Management System received a certificate of compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 international standard.

The following documents were signed:

the Heads of Agreement between Gazprom and CNPC for natural gas to be supplied from Russia’s Far East to China, as well as the Coordination Agreement – the addendum to the Sales and Purchase Agreement for gas to be supplied via the eastern route;
the Roadmap between Gazprom and Iran’s Ministry of Petroleum for a proof-of-concept study to be conducted by the Company with regard to implementing integrated projects for hydrocarbon production, transmission and processing, including petrochemistry, in Iranian territory;
the Memorandum of Understanding between Gazprom and Oil Industry Pension, Saving and Staff Welfare Fund, a subsidiary of Iran’s Ministry of Petroleum, for exploring the opportunities for joint efforts within the Iran LNG project;
the Addendum to the long-term contract between Gazprom Export and Yugorosgaz for Russian gas deliveries to Serbia, in accordance with which the amount of Russian gas supplies under the current contract would be increased from 1.5 billion cubic meters to 2 billion cubic meters per year starting from 2018;
the synchronization schedule between Gazprom and the Government of the Rostov Region for the development of the NGV network and the use of natural gas as a vehicle fuel in the Region until 2020.

Alexey Miller moderated the 37^th Presiding Committee Meeting of the International Business Congress (IBC).

An award ceremony was held for the 2017 edition of Gazprom’s Science and Technology Prize. The top prize went to Gazprom VNIIGAZ.

The occupational health and safety management contest for the subsidiaries of Gazprom in 2014–2016 announced its winners. Gazprom Transgaz Moscow took first place among the subsidiaries involved in the core areas of business. Gazpromtrans emerged as the winner among the companies engaged in infrastructure support and development. Giprospetsgaz won in the category of specialized organizations.

A sports and health center built under the Gazprom for Children program was opened in Novocherkassk, Rostov Region.
