The Board of Directors resolved to convene the annual General Shareholders Meeting of Gazprom on June 29, 2012 in Moscow.

The Company reported its statement under IFRS for the nine months of 2011.

As part of the South Stream project:

the Company resolved to design South Stream for the maximum annual throughput of 63 billion cubic meters;
Gazprom and Plinovodi signed a Supplementary Agreement to the South Stream Slovenia LLC Shareholders Agreement defining the parameters of the gas pipeline section in Slovenia;
a decision was taken to elaborate the feasibility study for the gas lateral construction to Montenegro.

Gazprom and the consortium of Japanese companies Japan Far East Gas Co., Ltd. moved over to the investment rationale for the LNG plant near Vladivostok.

The first competitions took place at Gazprom's Mountain Tourist Center in Krasnaya Polyana – the National Sports Competitions for 8 to 11 year old children and the Russian Biathlon Cup.

The 9th Adult Winter Spartakiada Games and the 4th Children's Winter Spartakiada Games of Gazprom opened in Yekaterinburg.

Sports and recreation centers were built in Valdai (Novgorod Oblast) and Gornozavodsk (Perm Krai) as part of the Gazprom for Children program.
