Management Committee approves Target Structure of foreign assets ownership for gas sales

The Management Committee approved the Target Structure for Gazprom Group ownership of foreign assets for gas sales in foreign markets.
The Company's structural units were tasked to work out and submit an action plan for transition to the Target Structure enabling to optimize the foreign assets ownership chain and increasing the Gazprom Group performance efficiency.
