Regular meeting of Gazprom Board of Directors to take place May 27 

A regular meeting of the Gazprom Board of Directors will take place on May 27, at 4:00pm Moscow time. The meeting agenda is scheduled to include the following items:

• On the utilization of Gazprom and its subsidiaries’ key performance indicators system;
• On Gazprom’s geological exploration and mineral resource base replenishment related activities;
• On gas supply to the Kaliningrad Oblast;
• On the approval of asset deals.
