Board of Directors reappoints Alexey Miler as Gazprom's Management Committee Chairman

A Board of Directors’ meeting is underway at Gazprom’s Headquarters.

The Board of Directors has reappointed Alexey Miller as Gazprom’s Management Committee Chairman in view of expiry of his term of office. The relevant 5-year contract is entering into force on May 31, 2006.
