The basic principles of information disclosure are stipulated in Gazprom’s Information Disclosure Regulation. Gazprom pays special attention to developing relationships with shareholders and investors.

The Gazprom management maintains a constant dialogue with shareholders, various investor groups and analysts by organizing regular meetings, press conferences, and presentations of the Company’s strategic plans and operating results in Russia and the world’s largest financial centers.
