On Program for managerial staff participation in Gazprom’s equity capital

The Program for managerial staff participation in Gazprom’s equity capital is introduced at the Company.

The Program is aimed at creating an extra financial interest of the Company’s key employees in increasing the market value of Gazprom’s shares.

The Program terms envisage that the top managers are the owners of Gazprom’s shares. The top managers may purchase shares either at their own expense or on account of loan funds extended by Gazprombank (Joint Stock Company) under the Program.

Participation in the Program is allowed for Gazprom’s executives holding the positions of Department Heads and higher positions, as well as Heads of the subsidiary companies involved in the core activities of the gas business of the Gazprom Group. As of December 31, 2022, a total of 70 managers had the right to participate in the Program.
