The repairs were performed under the cooperation agreement between the Government of the Komi Republic and Gazprom as part of investment projects, including the construction project for the Ukhta – Torzhok 2 gas trunkline.
The offices were repaired (with all utilities, windows, doors, and flooring replaced), the X-ray room was renovated, a ventilated facade was installed, slate roofing was replaced with metal tiles, stairways were revamped, and the adjacent areas were landscaped and provided with a playground and a paved driveway.
“The technical solutions for the repairs were elaborated jointly with the doctors of the Children's Hospital. The contractor and our specialists made a lot of concerted effort, taking into account all requirements of the medical staff so as to provide patients with quality state-of-the-art services. The Ministry of Health of the Komi Republic is financing the refitting of the repaired rooms. When all parties are committed, good results are a given,” said Alexander Gaivoronsky.

Today, the Children's Hospital is the main interterritorial medical and preventive treatment facility for children of the Ukhta Municipality and the Sosnogorsky, Vuktylsky, Troitsko-Pechorsky, Izhemsky and Ust-Tsilemsky Districts.
“Thanks to the social partnership with Gazprom, healthcare facilities for children and adults in Ukhta are reaching a new level and raising the bar in their medical services and activity.
