Athletes from Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg win five prizes in snocross race

On December 16, Novy Urengoy hosted the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area Snocross Championship and Tournament. The competition, which was dedicated to the memory of Andrey Ushakov, featured some 60 racers from sports and engineering clubs based in Nadym, Novy Urengoy, Muravlenko, and Surgut.
Athletes from Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg won five prizes in the race. Dmitry Sklyarov earned silver in the most prestigious category – Men. Another silver medal, this time in the Sports category, went to Vladislav Savinov. Yaroslav Barmin won the top prize for boys aged 5 to 7. Finally, Alexander Kryakov and Maxim Ryleev came in second and third among juniors.
Traditionally, competitions dedicated to the memory of Andrey Ushakov are held at the beginning of every snowmobile season in Russia.
