Donor Day at Gazprom Teploenergo

The Gazprom Teploenergo headquarters hosted today the Donor Day charity campaign, in which the company employees participated. The campaign was initiated by Director General of the company Leonid Bogorad.
“Every year over one and a half million Russian citizens need blood transfusion – those who suffer from serious oncohematological diseases (including a large number of children), accident victims, women during the postpartum period. Donors give all these people a chance for recovery, moreover, they save many lives,” Leonid Bogorad noted. In addition, he stressed that Gazprom Teploenergo planned to hold the Donor Day on a regular basis.

Gazprom Teploenergo (Mezhregionteplo before November 2013), part of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Group was established in 2003 with a view to implement heat & power projects.
Gazprom Teploenergo is Russia’s major heat & power holding engaged in investment projects for retrofitting and reconstructing heat supply systems, constructing modular gas boiler houses, cogeneration power units, building and modernizing grids. At present Gazprom Teploenergo operates 1,306 heat & power facilities in 23 Russian regions with the total installed heat capacity exceeding 8.4 thousand Gcal per hour.
