A new vocational training complex was opened by Gazprom Dobycha Krasnodar on October 17, 2012 in the Kanevskaya settlement, Krasnodar Territory, as part of the Gazprom Training and Methodical Council meeting. Supervised by the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor), the new vocational training complex offers ten professional courses: oil and gas production operator, well testing operator, boiler house operator, chemical water treatment operator and others. In addition, the company’s educational branch (Vocational Training Complex of the Personnel Training Center) organized pre-accredited training of engineers and technicians in thirteen programs coordinated with Rostekhnadzor.
“Vocational training of the Gazprom Dobycha Krasnodar personnel is a key to further successful development of the company. It is a top-priority goal of the company’s management policy. As part of the Personnel Training, Retraining and Vocational Training System, the company organizes training for its employees throughout their careers for gradual extension and deepening of knowledge and skills, so that their qualifications meet the growing production requirements,” said Mikhail Geikhman, Director General of Gazprom Dobycha Krasnodar.
Gazprom Dobycha Krasnodar obtained an educational license in March 2011.
