The builders of the hotel complex, which is part of the Mountain Olympic Village located on the Psekhako Ridge, have started installation of protective engineering structures, construction of reinforced concrete and steel. Concrete laying operations have been completed at the construction site. Gazprom is the construction investor.
The Mountain Olympic Village is generally designed for simultaneous accommodation of 1,100 people: the cottage community meant for 260 people has already become operational, the hotel complex designed for 276 people and the aparthotels for 564 people will be built. All facilities are located just near the Gazprom Ski and Biathlon Complex on the Psekhako Ridge, at the altitude between 1,450 and 1,600 meters above the sea level.
The Mountain Olympic Village on the Psekhako Ridge is designed for free access and comfortable living of people with limited mobility and Paralympic sportsmen: provisions are made for entrance ramps, elevators, necessary dimensions are maintained for the entrance lobbies and buildings. The hotel complex, aparthotels and cottage community will be in a 4-star category and after the 2014 winter season they will become part of the Gazprom Mountain Tourist Center.
