Surgut hosts Spartakiada Games among executives of Gazprom’s subsidiaries in Western Siberia

From November 29 to December 2 Surgut hosted the 15^th Jubilee Spartakiada Games among executives of Gazprom’s subsidiaries in Western Siberia. The sport teams represented Gazprom Podzemremont Urengoy, Gazprom Dobycha Urengoy, Gazprom Dobycha Nadym, Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk, Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg, and Gazprom Transgaz Yugorsk. This year the Spartakiada Games were hosted by Gazprom Transgaz Surgut and Gazprom Pererabotka.

During three days the participants competed in swimming, futsal, cross country skiing, billiards, table tennis, darts, small- and large-caliber shooting and air pistol.

Following the results of the 15^th Spartakiada Games, the home team of Gazprom Transgaz Surgut were on top, the Gazprom Transgaz Yugorsk team were the runners-up, and the sportsmen from Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg took bronze.

It’s very symbolic that also this year Gazprom Pererabotka celebrated its 5^th anniversary and Gazprom Transgaz Surgut – the 35^th anniversary.
