The opening of an outpatient clinic took place in the Sredny Vasyugan settlement (Kargasok District, Tomsk Region). Conversion of a building into the outpatient clinic was sponsored by the District Administration and Vostokgazprom.

New outpatient clinic in Sredny Vasyugan settlement

The total cost of complete overhaul amounted to some RUB 16 million with Vostokgazprom contributing RUB 7 million.

“For Sredny Vasyugan, this is an essential social facility. I’d like to thank Vostokgazprom and personally its President Vitaly Kutepov for the assistance rendered. The opening of the outpatient clinic is another important stage of the efficient social partnership between the District and the company,” said Andrey Ashcheulov, Head of the Kargasok District at the outpatient clinic opening ceremony.

The reconstruction enabled to considerably increase the quality of health services rendered to the population, maintain comfortable conditions for patients and reduce current costs of the building maintenance.

Background

Being a subsidiary of Gazprom, Vostokgazprom performs the Company’s core operations including gas, oil and condensate recovery, as well as methanol and natural gas liquids production in the Tomsk Region.

A joint project of Vostokgazprom and Kargasok District Administration was implemented under the cooperation agreement on socioeconomic development in the region.

The company also concludes similar agreements with the Administrations of the Parabel District and the town of Kedrovy.

From 2005 to 2012, the company’s investments into the social sector development and child support in northern Tomsk Region exceeded RUB 160 million.
