On October 27 a round table meeting was held at the Gasmen Palace on the topic of “Social partnership as a way of orphanage problem settlement”.
It was arranged by the Gazprom in Orenburzhye non-commercial partnership (NP) together with the Oblast Government. The event was aimed to draw the attention of society and the business community to orphan children’s problems, outspread of Gazprom in Orenburzhye NP experience in rendering assistance to orphan homes and boarding schools.

It was arranged by the Gazprom in Orenburzhye non-commercial partnership (NP) together with the Oblast Government. The event was aimed to draw the attention of society and the business community to orphan children’s problems, outspread of Gazprom in Orenburzhye NP experience in rendering assistance to orphan homes and boarding schools.
During the meeting, boarding facilities’ problems were discussed; proposals for their settlement were expressed.

According to the opinion of Vyacheslav Labuzov, the Orenburg Oblast Minister of Education the Gazprom in Orenburzhye NP example should be considered as illustrative for the business community of the region.
Following the results of the meeting, an appeal to Orenburg inhabitants was accepted with a call to actively help orphaned children and take orphan homes under patronage.

Background
Gazprom Dobycha Orenburg is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gazprom. The company’s main activities are hydrocarbon feedstock production, processing and transmission.
The Gazprom in Orenburzhye non-commercial partnership of the gas industry companies was established in 2007. It is an association of 30 enterprises which are interested in strengthening of Gazprom Group’s image and positions in the region, efficient implementation of the Gazprom for Children program and the Orenburg Oblast gasification.
The Warmth of Children’s Hearts is one of the social projects, which is provided by the Gazprom in Orenburzhye non-commercial partnership in the gas industry within the Gazprom for Children project. More than 3,000 children have participated in the program over 6 years.
