Technology for the preparation of commercial hydrocarbon reserves by drawing on the example of the Shtokmanovskoye gas and condensate field

A new method for the preparation of commercial hydrocarbon reserves has been created and practically tested. The new approaches to the processing of geophysical information implemented in said method have made it possible to significantly reduce the scopes of expensive prospecting and exploratory drilling. The supervisory exploratory drilling at the Shtokmanovskoye gas and condensate field has confirmed the accuracy of the projected data obtained.

For the first time ever, the State Commission on Mineral Reserves has approved an addition in reserves without supplementary drilling.

Aggregated monitoring and control system for the production site of the Astrakhanskoye gas and condensate field

The authors of the research work have created a system for the control of the technological processes at said production site. The system ensures an automated regulation of the flow rate of each well; strict compliance with the technical regulations for well operation; and the reduction of costs incurred for intensifying the inflow of formation fluids.

The implementation of the system has enhanced the reliability and safety of the production process and increased the quality and stability of the products of said production site.

Creation, manufacture and use of the RIUS-KVANT unified monitoring and control system for workshops and process units that serves as an automation tool for foreign and domestic gas compressor units and compressor workshops under reconstruction

A unified monitoring and control system for compressor workshops with gas turbine drive gas compressor units of foreign and domestic make has been created and put into batch production. In terms of its functional and technical capabilities, the new development is not inferior to the best cutting-edge foreign analogues and surpasses them in some parameters. The adoption of the system will make it possible to increase the reliability and efficiency of the control over the gas compressing process.

Development and adoption of a set of new import-substituting and resource saving technologies and multipurpose coatings that ensure high performance of equipment at gas industry facilities

The repair technologies developed by the authors of the research work make it possible to create multipurpose wear-resistant coatings that enhance the performance of equipment to the level equal to that of new items. The newly created technologies have no precedent in the world and can be used for repairing a wide range of machinery, including that of foreign make.

Development of an automatic fire protection system for gas compressor units designed for application in indoor spaces with a volume of more than 1,000 cubic meters that uses high sensitivity fire detectors and a gaseous fire suppression unit with an isothermal module for liquid carbon dioxide (MIJU) and distribution devices of reversing type

The authors of the research work have created an automatic low-pressure carbon dioxide gaseous fire protection system that uses both total flooding fire suppression (for a compressor workshop) and local fire-fighting (for an individual gas compressor unit). The new system makes it possible to simultaneously protect several gas compressor units, has a fast response time, consumes little power, and can be used at air temperatures of up to minus 40 degrees Celsius, including outside of permanent buildings.
