On June 21, 2023, the Gazprom Board of Directors reviewed the agenda items concerning the approval of Igor Maksimtsev and Viktor Martynov, nominees to the Gazprom Board of Directors, as independent nominees to the Board of Directors.

In connection therewith, it was resolved to approve Viktor Martynov and Igor Maksimtsev, nominees to the Gazprom Board of Directors, as independent nominees to the Board of Directors despite the formal affiliations of Viktor Martynov with Gazprom, the affiliations of Igor Maksimtsev and Viktor Martynov with government-related entities, and the affiliations of Viktor Martynov and Igor Maksimtsev with significant counterparties of Gazprom.

The date and number of the minutes of the Gazprom Board of Directors meeting at which the corresponding decision was made: June 22, 2023, minutes No. 1510.

By Resolution of the Gazprom Board of Directors No. 3968 dated June 30, 2023, Viktor Martynov was appointed Senior Independent Director of the Gazprom Board of Directors.
