Power of Attorney Revocation Notice
Public Joint Stock Company Gazprom notifies about the revocation of authorities under the Power of Attorney No. 309/23 dated December 15, 2023. The Power of Attorney was issued to T. Tupitsyna, commercial operator (4 category) of U-501, U-511, and U-512 units (loading racks for light oil products, boiler fuel, liquefied gases) at Production Facility No. 6 for recovery of elementary sulfur and shipping of commercial products at the Astrakhan Gas Processing Plant affiliated with Gazprom Pererabotka, and to V. Panasenko, commercial operator (5 category) of U-501, U-511, and U-512 units (loading racks for light oil products, boiler fuel, liquefied gases) at Production Facility No. 6 for recovery of elementary sulfur and shipping of commercial products at the Astrakhan Gas Processing Plant affiliated with Gazprom Pererabotka, as a transfer of title based on the Power of Attorney No. 01/04/04–671д issued by Gazprom on November 13, 2023. The Power of Attorney was terminated only with respect to the above persons.

The Power of Attorney was certified on April 6, 2022 under registration number 78/162-н/78-2022-3-1103 by Anastasia Maretina, acting on behalf of Yegor Maretin, Notary for the St. Petersburg Notarial District, and issued to Roman Mashkin, as a transfer of title based on the Power of Attorney No. 01/04/04–162д issued by Gazprom on March 21, 2022. The Power of Attorney was terminated only with respect to the above person.
The Application for the Revocation of Authorities under the Power of Attorney was registered by Anastasia Maretina, acting on behalf of Yegor Maretin, Notary for the St. Petersburg Notarial District, on July 19, 2024 under registration number 78/162-н/78-2024-6-1069.
