The Power of Attorney was certified on August 31, 2022 under registration number 89/21-н/89-2022-2-346 by Svetlana Prokhorova, Notary for the Novy Urengoy Notarial District, Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area, and issued to I. Simonenko, Deputy Director General for Shift Camp Construction and Maintenance at Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg, as a transfer of title based on the Power of Attorney No. 01/04/04–127д issued by Gazprom on February 26, 2018.
