Rudyashko, Lead Engineer of the Division for Land Rights Registration during operation period of the Preproduction Directorate at Gazprom Invest, as a transfer of title based on the Power of Attorney No. 01/04/04–454д issued by Gazprom on September 7, 2020.

Public Joint Stock Company Gazprom notifies about revocation of authorities under the Power of Attorney No. 20/23 dated January 27, 2023 starting from March 31, 2023. The Power of Attorney was issued to A. Fazylov, head of the custody transfer point at production facility No. 3 (feedstock and product storage base) of Chernomyrdin Condensate Stabilization Plant affiliated with Gazprom Pererabotka, as a transfer of title based on the Power of Attorney No. 01/04/04–320д issued by Gazprom on May 31, 2021. The Power of Attorney was terminated only with respect to the above person.

The Application for the Power of Attorney Revocation was registered by Lyudmila Ivanova, Notary for the St. Petersburg Notarial District, on April 21, 2023 under registration number 78/106-н/78-2023-2-540.

The Power of Attorney was terminated only with respect to the above person.
