Power of Attorney Revocation Notice

Public Joint Stock Company Gazprom notifies about the revocation of the Power of Attorney dated December 22, 2015 (Form No. 78 AБ 0039021). The Power of Attorney was certified on December 22, 2015 under registration number 4O-3302 by Kirill Kozlov, Notary for the St. Petersburg Notarial District and issued to D. Shapiro, Deputy Chief Engineer of Gazprom Invest as a transfer of title based on the Power of Attorney No. 01/04/04–822д issued by Gazprom on November 30, 2015.

The notarial act authenticating the signature affixed to the Application for the Power of Attorney Revocation was registered by Kirill Kozlov, Notary for the St. Petersburg Notarial District on May 23, 2016 under registration number 1O–831.
