Power of Attorney Revocation Notice

Public Joint Stock Company Gazprom notifies about the revocation of the Power of Attorney (Form 78 AA 8596964) dated May 26, 2015. The Power of Attorney was certified on May 26, 2015 under registration number 1O-930 by Kirill Kozlov, Notary for the St. Petersburg Notarial District and issued to S. Shevchuk, employee of Yamalgazinvest, as a transfer of title based on the Power of Attorney No. 01/04/04–26д issued by Gazprom on January 22, 2015.

The notarial act authenticating the signature affixed to the Application for the Power of Attorney Revocation was registered by Zaira Kurshiyeva, acting on behalf of Kirill Kozlov, Notary for the St. Petersburg Notarial District, on June 29, 2015 under registration number 1O-1117.
