Power of Attorney Revocation Notice

Open Joint Stock Company Gazprom notifies of the revocation of the Power of Attorney (Form No. 78 AA 4517924) certified by Svetlana Prokopenko under registration number 3Д-915 on June 24, 2013, acting on behalf of Kirill Kozlov, Notary of St. Petersburg. The Power of Attorney was granted to Gennady Utkin, Lead Engineer of Land Management and Land Rights Registration Department at Regional Civil Construction Directorate in Ukhta, by way of a proxy on the basis of Power of Attorney No. 01/0400–372д issued by Gazprom on June 4, 2013.

The notarial act authenticating the signature affixed to the Application for the Power of Attorney Revocation was registered by Kirill Kozlov, Notary of St. Petersburg under registration number 70–3543 on September 30, 2014.
