Power of Attorney Revocation Notice

Open Joint Stock Company Gazprom notifies about the revocation of the Power of Attorney No. 01/0400–228д (Form No. 1.14.005158) dated May 10, 2012. The Power of Attorney was certified on May 10, 2012 under registration number 2–4307 by Moscow Notary Elena Melnikova and issued to T. Kitrish, Head of the Planning and Economics Division of Limited Liability Company Gazprom Sbyt Ukraine.

The notarial act authenticating the signature affixed to the Application for the Power of Attorney Revocation was registered by Olga Kamenkova acting on behalf of Moscow Notary Elena Melnikova on May 27, 2014 under number 3–10348.
