Power of Attorney Revocation Notice

Open Joint Stock Company Gazprom notifies about the revocation of the Power of Attorney No. 01/0400–336д (Form No. 1.14.004506) dated June 24, 2011. The Power of Attorney was certified on June 24, 2011 under registration number 3–12124 by Olga Kamenkova acting on behalf of Moscow Notary Elena Melnikova and issued to Salans patent attorneys Yu. Mitrofanskaya, S. Masalina, N. Shapovalova, Z. Amandinova and A. Seitova.

The notarial act authenticating the signature affixed to the Application for the Power of Attorney Revocation was registered by Moscow Notary Elena Melnikova on April 11, 2012 under number 2–3537.
