Esteemed Mr. Miller!

On behalf of the Russian Railways Board of Directors, Russian railway team and my own behalf I heartily congratulate you and your colleagues on the 20^th anniversary of Gazprom. Please accept my deepest gratitude for the invitation to celebrate this important date, but much to my regret, I won’t be able to join you on this festive occasion. I have received the invitation just recently, and because of the extremely tight schedule it doesn’t seem possible to change plans at such a short notice.

Dear Mr. Miller, on this day I wish you and your colleagues robust health, success in all your endeavors, stability and confidence about the future. May all good things come to you and your beloved ones!
