I would like to congratulate you on an outstanding event – the Company’s anniversary. Setting up of Gazprom Open Joint Stock Company in 1993 made it possible to preserve under complex economic and social conditions the integrity of production basis and infrastructure of the Russian gas industry for a period of twenty years. Gazprom carries out in a responsible manner its main objective of securing uninterrupted gas supplies throughout the Russian Federation and to the European market. Large-scale gasification of Russian regions fundamentally changed the lives of millions of Russian citizens.

There is no doubt that Gazprom’s achievements became possible due to the professionalism and commitment of the Company’s employees and management. Gazprom and Rosneft developed steady partnership relations. We will cooperate in the Arctic shelf and ensure Russian energy security for decades to come.

Esteemed colleagues, on behalf of the whole Rosneft team I wish you prosperity and new achievements for the benefit of the Russian Federation, health and well-being to you and your relatives.
