Congratulations from Krylov State Research Center
Esteemed Mr. Miller!

Andrey Dutov
Let me congratulate you and Gazprom on the milestone date – the 20th anniversary. Over twenty years of work the Company’s specialists have created an industrial giant of global significance, which currently represents an advanced, rapidly developing Russian company meeting all the requirements of the global energy market. Its name is strongly associated with Russia, with the industrial and energy potential of our country.
Gazprom’s cutting-edge, responsible and reasonable design and sci-tech solutions are based on its team’s high professionalism and weighted analysis while establishing extensive and multi-faceted cooperation with companies and organizations both in Russia and abroad. And what is most important – a well-adjusted governance system allows conceiving and executing large-scale oil & gas projects and bringing them to the level of high commercial effectiveness.
A major line of Gazprom’s business – oil and gas developments in the Russian Arctic region – is based on profound sci-tech and design support from special-purpose organizations, including Krylov State Research Center. For us such work consists in turning out a wide range of marine facilities, particularly different types of platforms and service & auxiliary vessels, developing and ensuring efficient operation of offshore infrastructure as well as solving a variety of other tasks that are indispensable for commercial offshore developments. We are proud of our contribution to the Sakhalin I and Sakhalin II projects implemented in the Far East, large-scale theoretical and simulation studies for the Shtokman gas and condensate field pre-development process, including for the purpose of optimally deploying cargo terminals in the Teriberka Bay, developing the conceptual design of an offshore ice-resistant platform and conceptual designs of LNG carriers, etc.
We are sure that the 20th anniversary of Gazprom is a date marking the continuation of our fruitful cooperation and enabling us to outline future joint activities for the benefit of our country and the development of its energy and naval strength.
