I’d like to express my deep gratitude for the kind invitation to the gala concert dedicated to the 20^th anniversary of Gazprom. I highly appreciate your continuous contribution to the development of the Russian-Chinese relations and energy cooperation. I’m sure that the celebration of Gazprom’s 20th anniversary will give a new impetus to its further growth.

Due to the visit by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of China to Moscow I won’t be able to personally attend the concert in the State Kremlin Palace on February 21 of the current year. I’m going to send my representative, the Councilor of the Embassy of China in Russia, who is willing to enjoy this festive event together with your colleagues.

I’m ready to stay in close contact with you in order to further deepen the Russian-Chinese cooperation in the energy sector for the benefit of both our countries and their citizens. Let me take this opportunity to cordially invite you over to our Embassy anytime.
